What is a Conversation?
You need to send a Template Message to START a conversation with any user.

You cannot simply send a Hi/Hello to start any conversation.

The First Message (template) needs to be approved by Meta, which can be sent to OPEN the Conversation with the User.

Once you send, a 24 hour window opens where you can chat "unlimited' times in those 24 hours.
